They are suitable for thicker foods like yogurt, hummus, and cottage cheese. However, they are not 100% leakproof and are not recommended for liquids or very watery foods.

Our lunchboxes are not insulated and are not designed to keep food hot. However, stainless steel does offer some natural temperature retention.
