Fulfillment Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from Vancouver, BC. During busier times, processing and delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $89 CAD.
For orders under $89 CAD, a flat rate of $8 CAD applies.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery for Canadian standard shipping is 3-8 business days.

Pre-order items
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately. In this case, in-stock items will be shipped first, followed by pre-order items once available, at no additional cost.

Return policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition.

To start a return, please contact us at info@hellonom.com—we’re happy to help with the next steps. Once your return is approved, we’ll share simple instructions along with a return shipping label.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund after the item has been received and inspected.
